An innovative Hi-Tech Giant in San Jose has an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator.
You will provide HR Operations Generalist support for HR services, programs, and HR specialty functions. Strong preference for candidate with experience in two or more of several specialty areas such as Training, Employment, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation. Description of work responsibilities include, but not limited to: the development and execution to simplify and scale repeatable tasks – focus of project will be on administrative execution of company’s annual total compensation planning program for 7+ teams and 1200 employees, simple, repeatable process and administration of new hire welcome, onboarding, training offerings and communications (i.e term emails, exit interviews newhire welcome emails, training updates, HR /business calendaring Excel or Numbers wizard and database skills needed; ability create and use databases, communication templates. Familiarity with MAC a plus.

Required Skills
Requires a minimum of 5 years directly related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, PeopleSoft, and Oracle is a plus. May require some higher education or specialized training/certification. PHR preferred.
Must be able to pass a 7 year felony and misdemeanor background check.
