PAY: $10/HOUR
Schedule/Shifts:P/T: 8am-1pm, 1-6pm, 6-11pmF/T: 8am-5pm, 1-9pm, 5pm-2am (negotiable)
The Raleigh Service Center, as well as the IT and Engineering Services Hub, are looking for part and full-time professionals to work around-the-clock shifts as Sourcing Specialists out of our Call Center in Raleigh, NC.
On a daily basis, candidates will source for candidates using our proprietary database and other sourcing tools, and then will contact candidates to generate interest in our positions all across the US. Sourcing Specialists will be part of a team focused on:

Identifying and contacting candidates with IT and/or Engineering backgrounds
Negotiating salary
Uncovering qualifications of candidates

The work environment is fun and collaborative, with contests regularly based on results.
