Job Listing: Accounts Payable Specialist Please
Job Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices, petty cash reports, expense reports and check requests. Manage receipt of invoices and process using Timberline. Review for proper coding and approvals.
Research and analyze discrepancies, account reconciliation and vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Audit and process expense reports to insure accuracy. Process daily/weekly check runs.
Process payments and maintain daily cash reports. Prepare weekly and monthly reports such as accruals and exception reports. Maintain proper files and documentation. Year end reporting. Special projects as needed.

Required Skills
Minimum of three years experience in Accounts Payable. Knowledge and experience in the Construction Industry and Job Costing. Experience in a Multi-Entity Accounting Environment a plus. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Timberline Accounting Software preferred.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Organization and Time Management skills. Strong external and internal customer service skills.
