In this Senior Operations Manager role you will provide leadership to ensure all employees are successful and productive, mentoring and motivating leaders and team members to their peak performance! Additionally you will protect the company's quality practices and ensure efficiency on the production floor. Bring your knowledge of lean manufacturing operations and ISO 9001 to help solve manufacturing challenges! You'll reach outside of the manufacturing plant to interface with outside customers and ensure quality and delivery.
About Our Client:
Our Client is a corporation focused on the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry delivering Engineering and Manufacturing solutions with capabilities to support the life cycle of complex products within the Aerospace and Defense, Industrial, Semiconductor Capital Equipment, Network and Telecommunications, and Medical Equipment market segments. Unlike many of their competitors, the company is focused on high-mix, low volume and highly configurable customer products and designs.

Required Skills
Required Skills for this Senior Operations Manager position include the following:
Experience in Operations
Able to demonstrate related leadership skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO 9001
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Experience in the High Tech industry, preferably Electronics Manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineer, or Mechanical Engineering
