Volt Technical Resources in Raleigh, NC is actively seeking a Senior or Lead Recruiter from the IT Staffing Industry who wants to take his/her career to the next level. Ideally, this person will have 3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Recruiter doing the following:

Actively recruiting for Full-Time and Contract IT talent
Hands-on mentoring of Recruiters
Continual training and development of recruiting team members
Interacting with Sales to understand the key requirements of their open Full-Time and Contract requisitions
Being actively involved in Client issues and needs

This is a Full Time, In-House position with Volt Technical Resources, a leading national provider of Staffing Services, Telecommunications and Information Solutions for its Fortune 100 customer base. Operating through a network of over 300 Volt Services Group locations, the Staffing Services segment fulfills IT and other technical, commercial and industrial placement requirements of its customers, on both a temporary and direct hire basis. The Telecommunications and Information Solutions businesses provide complete telephone directory production and directory publishing; a full spectrum of telecommunications construction, installation and engineering services; and advanced information and operator services systems for telephone companies. Required Skills

Job Requirements for this Recruiting Manager position include:

3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Recruiter
Ability to:

Guide, direct and motivate others
Successfully communicate – both verbally and in writing
Provide excellent customer service
Accomplish multiple tasks
Make quick decisions and work under pressure

Excellent time management, as well as organizational and judgment skills
Interpersonal skills
