Volt Technical Resources in Raleigh, NC is actively seeking a Senior or Lead Recruiter from the IT Staffing Industry who wants to take his/her career to the next level. Ideally, this person will have 3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Recruiter doing the following:

Actively recruiting for Full-Time and Contract IT talent
Hands-on mentoring of Recruiters
Continual training and development of recruiting team members
Interacting with Sales to understand the key requirements of their open Full-Time and Contract requisitions
Being actively involved in Client issues and needs

This is a Full Time, In-House position with Volt Technical Resources, a leading national provider of Staffing Services, Telecommunications and Information Solutions for its Fortune 100 customer base.
