Job Listing: Payroll Specialist

Volt Services Group is partnering with an excellent organization in the city of Tustin to help identify a payroll specialist in a temp to hire employment opportunity. Under general supervision this qualified individual will apply his/her knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to interpret and apply company polices and government regulations in administration of payroll. Responsible for accurate and timely data management of all employees time cards. Chosen candidate will process weekly payroll for corporate employees. Additional duties will include: verify time card accuracy, complete verifications of employment, process manual absence requests into system then file paper forms, manage employee questions related to payroll, data entry for new hire and termed employees. Must be capable of working independently, within an environment that includes many layers of supervision.
