Job Listing: Inbound Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative with one of the area's up-and-coming call centers, you will be taking inbound phone calls and assisting consumers with updating their accounts. With a variety of shifts available and opportunities for growth, this is an excellent chance for you to get your foot in the door at a great company that cares greatly about its employees!

Training for this class starts July 28th. Training is for 3 weeks and there are classes available from either 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or from 2:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m. Regular schedules will be selected during training. Large variety of schedules available!

Required Skills

Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with people and have previous call center, customer service, or clerical experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and basic typing/data entry skills are necessary for this position. Must be able to pass a criminal background check going back 7 years (no felonies of any kind, and no misdemeanors related to Theft, Fraud, or Violence). Must be able to pass a 12 panel drug screen. Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Must be available to work overtime as needed by the business.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
