Job Listing: Senior Buyer / Purchasing Agent
Seeking experienced buyer to handle mid to high dollar purchase orders for various commercial electronic hardware, ADPE, software, outside fab and related service, assembly parts to print, SOW, COTS; have experience in negotiating agreements such as software licenses as well as service agreements; have ability to represent procurement in frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
Duties include developing sourcing strategy and identifying competitive supply sources; preparing RFQ; evaluating responses; documenting rational for the issuances of orders; taking responsibility to manager orders until completion of receipt and payment.

Required Skills
**US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED**
*Proficiency in the MS Office suite of software applications.
* Knowledge of UCC & FAR preferred. Knowledge of SAP desirable.
*Must have Government buying experience.
