Job Listing: Process Engineer

The Sr. Process Engineer will lead and manage a multi-discipline design team (both internal and external contractors and/or project partners) to successful completion of engineering efforts on design/build and/or equipment projects. The selected candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, along with a minimum of five years (10+ preferred) with the following: Managing or supporting construction, equipment procurement, or start-up phases of projects The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to industrial clients and engineering managers and project managers in the development of cost-effective, innovative process designs for chemplant/ Industrial and petrochemical projects. This position requires a take-charge individual who is well versed in various processes.

Required Skills

Provide leadership in process definition and process conceptualization for industrial process;
Develop flow and mass balances;
Develop process flow diagrams and P&ID’s;
Develop technical reports and equipment specifications;
Maintain involvement throughout project execution;
Coordinate/review preliminary/final design documents, proposals and vendor submittals;
Develop utility requirements forfacilities;
Assist in directing process start-up and troubleshooting efforts.
