Job Listing: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Local company who is a world wide leader in protective paints and coatings is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to manage the capital projects designed for improvement of safety, environment requirements, and plant efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

*Develop specifications for capital projects
*Coordinate all activities with outside contractors and plant personnel
*Provide direction for improvement in process control capability, analyze, and improve operational performance
*Manage capital projects including specification development, capital spending, and arrangement of outside vendors
*Analyze and improve material flow in milling, filling, and warehousing
*Support local project engineering activities

REQUIREMENTS:

*4-6 years previous engineering experience in the Chemical or Process Industries
*Bachelor of Science Degree in, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
*5-7 years engineering experience
*Previous experience with environmental regulations
