- Current Product and Contracted / Future Products
- Batch Record and RM Specification Review
- Consumption Report- Trending actual vs. planned usage
- Maintenance of Planning Sheet
- Initiation of Purchase Requisitions
- Schedule / Yield changes
- Unit of Measure Accuracy (Purch, WHS, Use)
- Lead-times (Supplier, WHS, Quality)
- Minimum / Maximum levels in WHS and Kan Bans
- Expiration Tracking
- Un-planned Production Needs

- Cost Analysis
- Risk Mitigation
- Annual Material Budget – creation/revision/tracking
- Lot Cost of RMs
- Inventory Report
- Resolution of Production Emergencies- liaison between
- MFG/WHS/QA/QC/Suppliers

PROCUREMENT
- Reports for Inventory Management Meetings
- Purchase Order Summary Report
- Gap Analysis Report – On Demand minus Inventory
- Potential Production Obstacles Report
- Open Purchase Requisition / Order Report
- Quarantine Report with Testing / Disposition Status
- Metrics- Rushes, POs Placed, Receipt
- Back-up Purchasing Agent

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

- Secondary Sourcing
