Job Listing: Customer Service Manager

Aerotek currently has an opening for a Customer Service Manager for our client, a parts manufacturing company in SE Portland. The customer service manager leads a professional customer service team in providing B2B support and making sure client needs are met. This position requires a strong-leader, who has experience in training, development and program implementation in a customer service environment. Most customer service will be provided over the phone, so inside customer service experience is also preferred. The Customer Service Manager will to the Director of Sales, and work with various departments to make sure we met client demands timely manner.

Pay for this position is $55K-65K/year DOE. This is a direct placement opportunity.
