Job Listing: Network Architect

Our client has an immediate need for a Network Architect located in Little Rock,AR.

The qualified candidate will have a proven understanding of Cisco's Intelligent Contact Management including Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).


This person will be responsible analyzing, designing, testing and evaluating their entire ICM platform (4.5 to 7.2.1) across 12 call centers with over 4000 agents. They will be upgrading from CVP 3.x to CVP 4.x

This is a senior level position that will help plan for, implement and support the upgrade as well.

Job duties will also include scripting, PG and Central Controller configuration setup, ICM database creation in Configuration Manager, and call tracing.

Prior experience with CVP and ICM is a must.

Other duties:

Add IPCC Call Manager agents to ICM and Cisco Agent Desktop, and setup Device Target IDs to Cisco Call Manager phones.

Maintain CVP environment in conjunction with VoIP network.

Create and maintained webview reporting from ICM HDSs.


This is a 6 month contract located in Little Rock,AR.
