Job Listing: Bilingual Human Resources Manager

A large client in the Tampa area is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team. Within this role the individual will be the lead within the department on all projects such as payroll, safety, and benefits. This position is also in charge of managing all job descriptions and recruitment efforts. An additional responsibility is to maintain all internal policies and to also uphold while monitoring regular updates on federal and state laws.

A qualified Bilingual Human Resources Manager for this opportunity must be bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimum of 8 years management experience in a related field, in addition to a bachelors degree in an associated field.
