Job Listing: Financial Manager

Our company is seeking for 10 Finance Manager for our NW Arkansas area headquarters. We currently have only 10 openings. This person most have:

- Individual will be working with all disciplines within Real Estate and other divisions to develop and support models that easily allow managers to assess the economic impact of proposed capital projects

- This position provides technical support and analytics for key projects and Strategic Finance

- This person will be working with a variety of internal customers on capital investment decisions, financial analysis, and strategic projects

- This individual will work with US Real Estate, US Strategy, Information Systems Div, Sustainability, Logistics and Transportation, Energy, Excess Properties Disposition, Senior Finance Leadership, and other Divisions as needed. Person will be utilizing and reviewing complex financial models that will include Net present value, Internal Rate of Return, ROI, time value of money, financing, lease vs own analysis, Capital Structure analysis, Multi-linear regression and statistical analysis, and risk quantification and mitigation

- Assist internal customers with an understanding of finance theory. Measuring the results of past investments to understand portfolio performance and to inform company judgment for future investment decisions



MUST HAVE:

- Finance Degree prefer MBA 3 plus yrs exp. Demonstrated Finance exp and acumen
- Real Estate Experience. Retail Experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, VBA, Mini tab, and related software

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $55,000 to $85,000 per Year
