Job Listing: Technical Support Specialist

TEK systems is seeking a qualified technical support specialist for an excellent opportunity with a well recognized organization. If you are looking to work in a fast paced environment, this is the position for you!

Job responsibilities include technical problem resolution/troubleshooting, remote support, account access support, network device support, and software support. Experience with automatic call distribution systems, call tracking systems, networking concepts, and MS Outlook/Office/XP/2000 is required!
