Job Listing: Help Desk Technician

A well established customer of TEKsystems is looking for an entry level help desk technician that is eager and willing to learn!

The candidate for this position needs to have some knowledge of the Microsoft Windows platform, and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the IT manager in taking calls for computer related issues, troubleshooting the issues and provide support in fixing them. The help desk technician will be required to interact with the employees, thus great customer service skills are required!

Candidates will also be called upon to help move PC's, run wires and move desks around at times.

This is an entry level position that will require some possible overtime. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Casual dress is required.
