Job Listing: Call Center Manager

Our client, a well recognized health insurance provider, is seeking a qualified Call Center Manager to add to their team.

On a day to day basis, this Call Center Manager will be managing the operations of call center departments who handle account inquiries, request for service, customers complaints and other general information, including normal and emergency operations. Also will be managing the claims processing team. Also responsible for the development and execution of strategies and goals for the call center and claims departments. This person will be working with a team of approximately 70 employees.

To be qualified for this position candidates must have 5 years of call center management experience and be familiar with claims processing. Must have previous insurance experience and health insurance experience is preferred. Also must be able to handle large scale operations of a department while understanding the companies focus and values.
