Job Listing: Customer Support

TEKsystems is currently in search of 11 Customer Support professionals to work at a Fortune 500 company in Madison. We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, call center experience would be a huge plus. You will be responsible for proactively calling 2600 internal employees to correct telephone line features that will allow use of an external IVR system. Experience with telephony line features/configuration is a plus but not required.

The project is scheduled for 3 months. Standard work hours 8:00am - 4:45pm but may need to be flexible to work 9:00am - 5:45pm as needed, depending on project and internal employees needs.
