Job Listing: Sr Cisco Customer Voice Portal(CVP)

Our client needs a Senior Network Architect with a proven understanding of Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) and has experience with Intelligent Call Manager (ICM).

This person will be responsible analyzing, designing, testing and evaluating the entire ICM platform across multiple call centers with over 4000 agents. Our client is planning on upgrading from CVP 3x to CVP 4x. They are looking for someone with senior level experience that can help plan, implement and support the upgrade as well.

Job duties will also include scripting, PG and Central Controller configuration setup, ICM database creation in Configuration Manager, and call tracing. Create and maintain CCTs and applications on Aspect ACD.

Prior experience with CVP and ICM is required for this position.

Other duties: Add IPCC Call Manager agents to ICM and Cisco Agent Desktop, and setup Device Target IDs to Cisco Call Manager phones.
Maintain CVP environment in conjunction with VoIP network.

This position is with a large company and is available immediately. The contract will have a duration of at least six months and the pay rate will be based on experience.
