Our Client a large Clinical Trial Software Company is seeking a Clinical Design Consultant Manager. This position will be responsible for creating a managed infrastructure to support rapid development of clinical trial applications. The manager will provide personal and group leadership, and will independently identify, propose, and define new approaches and solutions for the group.
Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS
-Technical Skills/Experience: Multiple databases (Oracle, SQL*Server), Understanding of Clinical Trials and Clinical Data Management. Experience in the delivery of all PF products.
-Address evolving customer needs for clinical design services, performance requirements, and procedural or application solutions. Execute new procedures to advance design methodologies. Work with R&D to understand new version capabilities. Spearhead testing methodologies and review metrics goals and performances.
-Manage day-to-day clinical specification priorities. Develop procedures and documentation standards. Construct flexible staffing and resource allocation methods. Supervise customer defect reporting, communication and resolution schedules. Confirm performance standards. Anticipate contingencies and plan appropriately.
-Hire and manage the clinical team. Design and assure appropriate staffing to address high volume turnaround, continuity and skill coverage needs. Develop relationships with vendors or contractors to provide resources for excess capacity.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
-Work with project managers to plan resources and set-up timelines for customer projects.
Participate in requirements, specification and development efforts to support customer projects. Execute to assure customer specified deliverables are met.
-Execute rapid response to customer application contingencies.
-Manage customer dialogs for acknowledgement, ownership, commitment, and follow-through.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING
-Develop operational reports to demonstrate and document operational quality. Assure compliance to company standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare staffing and training plans. Demonstrate adherence to stated performance, staffing, growth and financial goals.
-Participate in requirements, specification and development efforts to support customer projects.
-Execute to assure customer specified deliverables are met.
-Execute rapid response to customer application contingencies.
-Manage customer dialogs for acknowledgement, ownership, commitment, and follow-through.
