Job Listing: Design Engineer

Our client in the Lehigh Valley is in need of a Design Engineer. This is a Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities include:
-Work directly with Surgeon or Surgeon team to develop a product
-Responsible for Project Management
-Work with related departments to design product from conception to finished product
-Perform calculations and stress analysis
-Create 3D models
-Transfer Models to 2D drawing
-Dimension, tolerance and complete drawing to standards
-Perform target cost and risk analyses
-Organize and lead meetings to track project progress
-Work to quality system regulation design control documents

Qualified Candidate will have:
-Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent. Masters degree in engineering or bioengineering preferred.
-General CAD experience


*Some travel may be required
*Knowledge of German would be seen as an advantage
*Computer skills
