Job Listing: Member Services Representative

Our client, large a credit union, is looking for a Member Services Representative. This person will be responsible for taking customer service calls for credit union members.

On a day to day basis the Member Services Representative will be taking questions from members and internal customers. This individual will be resolving problems and providing outstanding customer service over the phone. The Member Services Representative will also be expected to promote and cross-sell additional products and services of the credit union.

To be qualified for the Member Services Position individuals should have:

1-2 years of sales experience
1-2 years experience of call center experience
1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial institution

This position is scheduled to be a contract-to-hire full time position. Since this is an immediate opening, individual will need to be able to interview personally within 24 hours.
