Job Listing: Structural Engineer

Aerotek Energy Services is in search of a Structural Engineer to join an engineering firm in Knoxville, TN.

This position requires at least 5-10 years experience designing large ductwork, access, and support steel utilized in heavy industrial power and heat recovery equipment. Must be competent in STAAD structural modeling software. Large ductwork experience is also a must.

Responsibilities of the Structural Engineer will include:

*Design construction projects, insuring that all documents, plans and drawings comply with applicable state and Federal Codes.
*Interface with clients, vendors, and other persons associated with projects.
*Provide construction support as needed to include shop drawings and visits to construction sites.
*Assist in development of proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
