Job Listing: Mechanical Engineer

One of the leading contract research and development companies in the Bay Area is looking for a mechanical engineer to join their innovative team. This company has a variety of medical device clients and works on such products as ultrasound and X-Ray machines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of medical device experience and will be experience with such techniques as sheet metal, casting and injection molding.

Job Duties Include:

- Start up
- Design- sheet metal, casting and/or injection molding
- FDA documentation
- Testing and Debugging of machines and equipment
- manage a small group of engineers and technicians

Job Requirements Include:

- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of medical device experience
- Pro/E, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
- sheet metal, casting and injection molding technique experience
