Job Listing: Maintenance Technician

A mid-sized manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician.

Description:

The employee will perform duties to maintain and improve production equipment capabilities. Provide OEM level expertise for CNC equipment. Support maintenance department accountabilities in obtaining and maintaining TS 16949 certification.

Major Job Duties:

*Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems as required.
* Support new equipment installed in our plant.
* Retrofit/reprogram manufacturing equipment, as necessary to make equipment run more efficiently.
* Assist Manufacturing Engineering in the design and specification of new equipment being purchased from outside vendors.
* Train maintenance department employees in troubleshooting techniques of CNC systems.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

* Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.
* Need to be familiar with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
* Should be familiar with PLC's
