The clients are engineering firms that have architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural departments. The focus is on government, university, commercial and industrial buildings. The services include new construction, additions and renovations.

Description:

- Project Manager/ Divisional Lead
- Manage group of 15: engineers, designers, drafters
- Marketing and Proposal Preparation
- Client interaction
- Mentoring
- Financial oversight on Mechanical projects
- Help with other divisions: civil, electrical, structural

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication and verbal skills
- Experience with new construction and renovation
- Commercial and industrial building experience
