Job Listing: Project Manager

Aerotek's client, a leading full service mechanical contractor, seeks a capable Project Manager to run mechanical/HVAC installations ranging from $150,000 retrofits to $1M new construction projects throughout the state of CT. This company is in the process of dramatically growing its business, and as the Project Manager, you will play an integral role in fulfilling this growth potential.

You will be in charge of job costing, supervising multiple job sites, meeting with general contractors, scheduling a team of 40 field workers, working with suppliers to ensure proper materials are on site on time, etc. Moreover, you will have complete P&L responsibility for these jobs. This is a fast paced, performance driven position, and strong performance will be rewarded.

Requirements

· 5+ years experience in HVAC project management and/or estimating with an on-time and under-budget track record

· Highly organized

· Bright, can-do attitude

· Proficient with timberline software
