Job Listing: Project Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the delivery of e-Service products and services.
- Provides overall project leadership from initiation through completion.
- Manage application specialists to achieve project deliverables within budget, schedule and according to project specifications.
- Advise, guide, mentor and lead diverse sets of cross-functional technologists, support specialists, and managers in defining information solutions for clients.
- Manage complex planning, analysis, implementation and test over wide variety of information systems and information technologies.
- Manage relationship with client and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and other relevant FDA regulations.
- Assess project requirements, including technological resources, budget and personnel.
- Lead and contribute to technical activities related to system operations including testing, system implementation, database management and technical troubleshooting.
- Accountable for financial project tracking and control, including resource utilization, time spent, ETCs and monthly revenue recognition.
- Provide status reports of all activities, plans, and problems.
- Actively participate in sales and marketing services.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals.

Skills
- Knowledge of systems development lifecycle and project planning concepts.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of web-based technology and relational database models.
- Understand issues surrounding client/server environments, web implementations, business urgency.
- Ability to travel.

Education
- B.A. or B.S. in Life Sciences or Computer Science field, or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years related business experience, including experience in a technical operations environment.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $70,000 to $85,000 per Year
