Job Listing: Customer Service Collections

Our client is currently seeking qualified Collections Representatives to join their team.

Requirements:

-A minimum of 1 year Collections experience
-Able to work 4, 10 hour shifts ending as late as 11:00PM
-Ability to work 6-day work weeks, every other week
-College Degree preferred
-MUST be available to work every other weekend

Description

-Making approximately 100+ outbound Collection calls per day
-Advising customers on available payment alternatives, negotiate payment plans, and respond to customer inquiries
-Manage customer accounts to ensure the collection of past due (60 days +) retail and lease financing of new and used vehicles.
