Job Listing: Medical Customer Service Rep

Our client, a medical benefit company, is looking to add multiple client service reps to their staff.

On a day to day basis, candidates will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls from providers and verifying claim status along with assisting customers.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have prior customer service experience from a medical environment. Candidates must also have a strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Since this is an immediate opening, candidates must be available to interview within 24-48 hours.
