Job Listing: Electrical Building Engineer - Design

Our client, an internationally recognized engineering consulting firm in the Los Angeles area, has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join their growing team and work on a wide variety of projects, including retail, commercial, institutional, corporate, and residential.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Electrical Engineering candidate will be responsible for the design of power distribution, emergency generators, UPS design, lighting control systems and specifications. The Electrical Engineer will also be coordinating heavily with other team members, including architects, and consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS
-A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering consulting.
-Knowledge of emergency generators, design and UPS, and lighting control systems.
-Ability to adhere to schedules.
-Good communication and documentation skills.
-Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office package, AutoCAD ADT 2002.
-A PE and experience with Microstation is a plus.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $65,000 to $85,000 per Year
