Job Listing: Human Resources Recruiting Advisor

Aerotek is looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Advisor one of its clients. The position is a day shift, Monday through Friday and will pay $12.00-$17.00 per hour. This will be the standard base pay, but once licensed, you will be eligible for commission. There is no earning cap on what can be earned.

The work environment is a very clean and organized sales office. The dress is business casual. Each employee has their own cubicle and work space. Call Center / Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. Experience with Insurance and Benefit sales are considered a plus.

The ideal candidate must be able to do the following: Provide support in the recruitment selection process, labor relations and HR policies. Assist managers with team building, succession planning, change and performance management. The ability to drive new HR initiatives which help enhances an organization culture of employee engagement and collaboration.

Job Duties include but are not limited to?
Inquiries are received as inbound phone calls, faxes, email, or web-based leads. Outbound telephone contacts occur subsequent to the initial sales inquiries.

Using consultative selling skills to assess the clients needs, determining the best fit and appropriate eligibility.

Adheres to company standards for attendance, telephone availability, number of calls, injuries handled on a monthly, quarterly, and annualized basis.

Work effectively as the member of a team. May act as a back up to service client accounts that are assigned to another member of the sales team.

Skills and Abilities?

Understanding of Microsoft Office applications and able to learn in house software.

Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self motivated approach to ensure workload is completed efficiently within departmental standards.

Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Qualifications?

Bachelor's or Master's degree at least 3 years's experience is preferred.

One year of prior Customer Service/Sales experience in direct consumer setting preferred or equivalent retail, customer service, or contact center experience.
