Job Listing: Patient Registration Specialist

Aerotek is currently in search of 2 Patient Registration Specialist for a great opportunity in Phoenix.

Patient Registration Specialist will be taking incoming phone calls from potential patients.

Patient Registration Specialist will be involved in the collection, verification, and confirmation of clinical and demographic information. Candidates must be able to provide appropriate issue resolution and handle escalations when necessary.

Patient Registration Specialist work closely with the intake team, branch staff and patients to identify potential solutions as problems are identified.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

High School Diploma is required
1 year of medical terminology or medical service
Knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word processing
Experience in a call center is preferred

Position requires excellent communication skills, customer service, and problem solving skills. Must be very organized and be able to prioritize tasks.
