Job Listing: PeopleSoft Developer

A LARGE ENTERPRISE CLIENT IN ORANGE COUNTY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PEOPLESOFT DEVELOPER TO HELP DESIGN, DEVELOP AND MANAGE THE GLOBAL PEOPLESOFT HRMS SYSTEM.

The PeopleSoft Application Developer will be part of a team developing a custom merit increase process in PeopleSoft. They will be doing 10% Administration, 30% Functional Business Analysis, and 60% Development. This is a Direct Placement opportunity so they are looking to bring someone on full time to join a team of 3-4 Developers.

Skills:
Experienced in implementing, administering, and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM and Employee and Manager Self Service modules
4-6 years experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (implementation, upgrade and production support).
Experience with any or all of the following PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 (or higher)
Modules: Employee/Manager Self Service, eCompensation, eRecruit, HR, Benefits Administration
Proficiency in Peopletools, Peoplecode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Workflow, SQR, and Crystal Reports
Extensive experience using Oracle databases
Reporting is done in Excel
Functional knowledge of the HR application processes, configuration, and data models related to budgeted salary increase processes and eComp Manager Desktop is desirable.
