Job Listing: Project Engineer

Our client is a professional and experienced general contractor, with seasoned leadership that takes a hands-on role with every project performed. They are currently seeking a project engineer that would be the perfect fit in their unique environment.

General responsibilities include:
- Following up on the status of work to be completed with jobsite team and/or subcontractor
- Back-check work once completed
- Maintain accurate records of all job sites and work completed at each location (ex. RFI’s, Submittals, and Change Orders)
- Assist project principal, project manager, general superintendent and superintendents on an as needed basis

Position Requirements:
- 1-5 years experience
- B.S degree strongly preferred
- Familiarity with construction terminology and Finishes required
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and providing excellent customer service
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills and ability to assimilate and learn new software
- Ability to enforce and maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail
- Self-starter and superb problem solving skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Respect for punctuality and effective time management skills
