Job Listing: Patient Registration Specialist

Seeking candidates for Patient Registration Specialist openings for a leader in the medical industry, located in the east valley.

On a day to day basis, this person will:
- Receives incoming calls from potential patients
- Collects, verifies and confirmas all clinical and demographic information
- Provide the appropriate issue resolution and escalation when needed
- Work under moderate supervision with clinical oversight

Mnimum Qualifications:
HS diploma
1 year of Medical terminology or medical services experience
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience in a call center environment preferred
Excellent communication skills, customer service and problem solving skills
Must be very organized and be able to prioritize tasks
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Monday - Friday, 1st shift
$14.50/hr
