Job Listing: Help Desk Analyst

Our client, a global leader in equipment and services for power generation and rail transport, has an IMMEDIATE need for a Help Desk Analyst with at least two years of PRACTICAL Help Desk experience.

Selected candidate MUST have windows based support experience to include Active Directory and must have solid experience with Lotus Notes mail packages. Printer support experience is also required.

Candidate must possess a "common sense" approach to troubleshooting and a true desire to learn.

This is a 3 to 5 month contract opportunity based in Richmond, VA.
