Job Listing: Preconstruction Manager

Will be working with the Project Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, and owners to develop and manage all preconstruction operations.

Need a minimum of 5 years related construction experience in Project Management, estimating, and field work. Prefers experience with $10 million dollar plus jobs. Will also be working with clients so strong communication and relationship building experience is required.

HVAC commercial, institutional, and industrial experience is preferred. Proficiency using QuickPen Autobid Mechanical, or similar software is preferred.

Salary: $70 to 95k
