Job Listing: Sourcing Specialist

Aerotek is currently seeking candidates for a Sourcing Specialist position with our Commercial Staffing Division.

The general responsibility for this position is to drive applicant traffic in our office by creating contacts in the community, sourcing potential candidate resumes, searching internal databases and referrals. More specific responsibilities are screening candidates, updating internal databases, interviewing potential candidates, suggesting candidate submittal to clients, phone screening, and a variety of other duties.

We are seeking a career motivated person to grow with a growing organization. This position requires a strong work ethic and very strong reliability. We are preferably seeking candidates to work 40 hours a week, but a modified schedule of 34-40 hours can be accommodated for the right candidate. Schedule will need to be a set, predictable schedule and will not be able to be modified on a daily or weekly basis. Working hours can fall between the hours of 7:45am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
