Use new or existing equipment and expertise to improve processes to meet customer's product requirements. Expand capabilities by acquiring new technologies, techniques and equipment. Through continuous improvements, service existing processes to keep them optimized for profitability. Manage and complete projects as assigned; use informational resources to remain informed of industry developments.
Must have:
-Bachelors degree in the Engineering field and 0-5 years of industry experience in product and process development
-Strong Statistical knowledge
-Advanced knowledge of equipment technology, production processes and equipment with the ability to apply engineering principles and concept within area of specialization
-Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems; Identify and facilitate improvement opportunities
-Strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO documentation and procedures
-Ability to perform and understand mathematical equations
-Knowledge of statistical techniques
-Proven project management skills
-Ability to read and understand blue prints
-Ability of interact effectively and professionally(both verbal and written formats) with customers, suppliers and support departments
-Skill in the use of computer technology including MS Office, database management and spreadsheets
-Experience in any highly regulated FDA environment such as class III medical device or pharmaceutical
-The ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings
