Job Listing: Collections Specialist

A Roanoke based financial institution is hiring Collections Specialists to work with their deposit recovery group.

On a daily basis Collection Specialists will have the following responsibilities:
*Receiving inbound calls from previous and existing customers in order to manage their accounts.
*Inputting and updating customer information.


Candidates interested in the Collection Specialist positions must meet the following requirements:
*Previous experience in a call center environment.
*Must be able to type 30 wpm.
*General banking knowledge is a plus.
