Job Listing: Software Engineer

Our client develops unique products for various Defense, Federal and Intelligence Community organizations in support of mission-critical, national security efforts.

Technical Requirements:
**Expert programmer C/C+ or Python expertise a plus
**Understand the UNIX philosophy and design approach
**Experience working with Linux, other OSS, command-line utilities and text editors
**Familiar with the following: GNU tool chain, Perl, libc, Qt, Boost, socket programming, event loops, Debian package development, regex syntax, pipes & signals

Requirements:
**Must be able to obtain a security clearance
**B.S. degree

Preferences:
**Comfortable working in small teams and working independently
**Experience with making presentations and/or training others
**Extremely detail-oriented
**Proficiency in troubleshooting and critical thinking
