Job Listing: Desktop Support

We are looking for Desktop Support individuals that have performed hardware/software rollouts in the past. They will be using Norton Ghost to back up user data, break down the old machines, set up the new machines, run a new image, and add user data.

The qualified candidates will have past experience with performing rollouts, providing great customer service, will be able to lift 80 lbs on a regular basis, and will be able to use their own vehicle to deliver the PCs.

All prospective employees should be able to pass an extensive drug and background check as well as an employment and education verification.


Required Skills:
PAST EXPERIENCE WITH ROLLOUTS
PAST EXPERIENCE WITH HARDWARE/SOFTWARE UPGRADES
ABLE TO LIFT 50-80 LBS ON A REGULAR BASIS
PAST EXPERIENCE WITH WINDOWS 2003 SERVER
PAST EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIVE DIRECTORY IS A PLUS
