Job Listing: Collections Representative

Our client, a worldwide hospitality leader in South Orlando, is looking for a collections representative. This person will be responsible for handling collections regarding business and consumer accounts.

Duties:
-Responsible for working with consumers who are late on payments; mostly focused on the timeshare industry.
-This person will be responsible for progressing the late sum to fulfillment and will be dealing with a large volume of accounts.
-There will be heavy phone work in a call center environment, as well as substantial involvement with computer software.

Requirements:
-Significant experience with collections, ideally in the hospitality/resort industry.
-Need to have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
-Experience with business and/or consumer collections.
-Have a flexible schedule and the ability to work overtime.
