JOB DUTIES:

Candidates must possess the following:
- Highly skilled in either die attach or wire bond.
- Ability to work with little or no supervisory instruction.
- Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and procedures written in English.
- Experience with microelectronics utilizing a microscope.
- Good team skills with the desire to cross train and interact with all levels.
- Computer literacy (basic computer skills).
