Job Listing: Timeshare Call Center Collections

Our client, a worldwide hospitality leader in South Orlando, is looking for a qualified collections representative. This person will be responsible for handling collections regarding business and consumer accounts.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for working with consumers who are delinquent on payments; calls will be primarily focused on the timeshare industry. This person will be dealing with a large volume of accounts and be responsible for progressing the late sum to fulfillment. There will be heavy phone work in a call center environment, as well as substantial involvement with computer software.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have significant experience with collections, ideally in the hospitality/resort industry. This individual will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This candidate should have experience with business and/or consumer collections; experience collecting on mortgages would be a plus. Candidates should have a flexible schedule and the ability to work overtime.
