Job Listing: Medical Technologist

Aerotek Scientific is now accepting resumes for a Medical Technologist for its Piedmont Triad based client.

Responsibilities will include:

- Performing routine and special clinical lab tests
- Accurately performing and interpreting quality control testing to ensure accuracy of results
- Assists in R & D activities and maintains quality control records
- Assists in researching and resolving technical operational problems
- Organizing work and activities to achieve maximum productivity
- Participates in improvement of methods and processes
- Maintains a safe working environment, compliant with established policies and procedures of regulatory agencies
- Maintains clinical and professional competency, according to department policies
- Practice efficient use and inventory of supplies and materials

Candidates must have:

- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology
- Certification by ASCP, NCA, or AMT required
