Job Listing: VPN Network Support

A large telecommunications company is in need of a VT Network Support

This position is critical for the client's VoiceTone service which is an extremely large and complex IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service infrastructure which leverages patented speech recognition technology developed by Client's Research, common commoditized servers from IBM, Sun, and HP, Service Provider grade network equipment from Lucent, Nortel, and Cisco, and software such as Oracle, WebLogic, VHI, and much more.

Job Description:
Responsible for the VoiceTone network engineering involved with the deployment and/or support of infrastructure components. This includes working directly with client application developers on gathering and refining technical requirements and design.
