As a Recruiter for Aerotek you'll identify, screen, make negotiations, and place qualified professionals into our client companies. In fact, most of our recruiters work toward promotion into a Sales Management position within their first 12 months of employment.

A bachelors degree, business-to-business sales or service sales experience are all preferred, but not required. However, the desire and drive for a long term career in a sales environment is a MUST!
